‘With Anto on board not only did I lose that stone but another 3 pound on top of that’; Kathy smashed her Online Training in lead up to her wedding, here’s what she had to say…
So, it was time- I had 6 months until I was about to be a bride, and I was a stone heavier than I initially was.
When I tried my dress on, which I tried on unknown to me at 5 weeks pregnant! And although it took about four months I lost about 5 pound, but I’d over half a stone to go and 7.5 weeks to go, and talk about right time right place, there was Anto- on my insta promoting his 12 week programme, I had 7.5 weeks. I bite the bullet and literally just asked him for help! To which he replied “I’d love to help you” and he assured me, a goal I now felt was unattainable, I would have.
To add to this I only really wanted him to help me out re eating 🥣 I’m training a long time and felt I’d nothing to learn there. However his words were “trust me” and so I did, he sent me my training also, and I felt fitter and stronger than I had done in years, my body composition completely changed, not only did I lose weight I gained muscle in all the right places.
Although all online Anto always checked in, there were Friday nights when I’ll Be honest I was on my way for an icecream and there the message from Him would have been; how’s things today?
The accountability was unreal and something I most definitely needed.
I tried my dress on 10 Days before our wedding and I was absolutely delighted with how I looked and felt. With Anto on board not only did I lose that stone but another 3 pound on top of that!
To add to this during this time I was and still am a breastfeeding mama, so couldn’t reduce calories much I was still eating 2000 calories a day, I was never hungry and didn’t feel like I missed out on anything.
The results speak for themselves, I’ll always remember the part Played in the journey towards me being the bride id always planned to be 💁🏽♀️
